PM to take month's break from No 10

He is expected to spend much of the time at his family home in his Kirkcaldy constituency and there has also been speculation he will take a family holiday in the Lake District.
Mr Brown's spokesman would not confirm the premier's detailed holiday arrangements but said: "The Prime Minister will not be taking his holiday overseas. This will be his last full working week in London."
The Prime Minister will return to No 10 at the end of August. His spokesman stressed Mr Brown would remain in charge of Government affairs throughout his break.
But a clutch of senior ministers - including Business Secretary Lord Mandelson, Justice Secretary Jack Straw, Commons Leader Harriet Harman and Chancellor Alistair Darling - are expected to share some of the day-to-day workload over the next month.
The Commons goes into recess on Tuesday until October 12 - a longer break than last year's which began a day later and ended six days earlier.
Mr Brown's spokesman said: "The purpose of the parliamentary recess is to ensure that MPs spend time in their constituencies and listen to the concerns of their constituents and I'm sure that's what the Prime Minister expects his MPs to be doing."
Tory leader David Cameron is taking short breaks in France and Greece and Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg will be holidaying in Spain with Spanish wife Miriam.
Lord Mandelson, who famously encountered shadow chancellor George Osborne in Corfu, has told reporters he will be staying in the UK this year.
Mr Brown's first holiday as premier lasted only a few hours in 2007, before he had to return to London to deal with the foot and mouth crisis. And last year his break in Suffolk was dogged by rumours of threats to his leadership.
