Reward offer to catch sex attacker

The attack, which police believe to be racially motivated, happened when the 33-year-old Algerian woman took her one-year-old son out his pram.
They were on a cycle path between Plean Street and Dyke Road in Glasgow when a group of at least four white males threw stones at them.
One man then exposed himself and sexually assaulted the woman before assaulting her son and attempting to perform an indecent act on the child.
The incident, which took place on April 3, has so sickened the Muslim community that they have now offered the money in a bid to help Strathclyde Police catch the culprit.
Osama Saeed, a Scottish spokesman for the Muslim Association of Britain, was involved in setting up the reward fund.
He said: "This was a sexually motivated assault not just on a woman but her young baby and it didn't take long for people to come together and say they wanted to do something about it.
"It really wasn't difficult to raise the money, people came forward very readily and within a couple of hours the £10,000 had been raised.
He added that the Muslim community had been subjected to growing number of crimes and said: "These are also getting worse - this attack was particularly nasty and it has touched a nerve within the community because it reached a new low."
Strathclyde Police are investigating the attack. The suspect is described as being a white male, aged 20 to 25, with very short hair. He is tall and thin and at the time of the incident was wearing white and blue tracksuit trousers.
