Rooney, 22, shunned the party island's bars and clubs for an evening with family, preparing for his wedding with Coleen McLoughlin next week.
Whilst the Manchester United striker was at home with his father, Wayne senior, and future father-in-law, Tony, about 10 members of the stag party were spotted drinking in bars.
Rooney's brothers, Graham, 20, and John, 17, were among those who started their evening at Cafe Mambo in San Antonio, a bar popular for watching the sunset.
The group later went to Ibiza Town, before returning home at about 2am to get some sleep before their morning flight back to Manchester.
Rooney appeared to stay inside his plush villa from Thursday evening until their departure on a Jet2.com flight.
His security team have been unhappy with the paparazzi, who have followed him constantly.
It's been an expensive week for Rooney, who spent an estimated £20,000 hiring the terracotta villa for the week. A booze-fuelled cruise on a luxury sailing yacht reportedly cost £5,000 for five hours on Thursday.
Coleen, 22, is believed to have had a third hen party, in the Canary Islands. She took the trip after a short stay in Miami and a weekend at Manchester's exclusive Lowry Hotel.
Wayne and Coleen are expected to marry at the palatial Italian resort of Santa Margherita Ligure on June 14.
