Nathan was shot by an armed motorcyclist in Brixton, south London. He was taken to hospital, but died at about 11pm on August 3.
Two people were arrested in connection with the shooting in Marcus Garvey Way.
A 17-year-old was arrested in Cambridge on Wednesday evening and a 14-year-old arrested on Saturday was released on police bail.
At West London Magistrates' Court, the 17-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at Balham Youth Court on Wednesday August 15.
Nathan was part of a group of up to a dozen youths gathered in the cul-de-sac when the shooting took place.
They were approached by a teenager on a motorbike or moped who spoke to several people before producing a gun and firing towards them.
His death brought the number of teenagers murdered in London to 17 this year.
