Kevin Johnson, 22, was fatally stabbed in the chest outside his home in Sunderland in May.
Dean Curtis, 19, of Forest Road, Ford Estate, and two youths aged 16 and 17 who cannot be named for legal reasons, were convicted by a jury at Newcastle Crown Court after four hours of deliberation on the 17th day of the trial.
They had denied murder and causing grievous bodily harm to another man on the same night.
As the 17-year-old was led away, he shouted "Easy" to the public gallery.
Earlier, relatives of the defendants ran out of the court in tears as the jury foreman announced unanimous guilty verdicts.
Mr Johnson's family kept a dignified silence throughout the high emotion in the courtroom.
Judge David Hodson adjourned sentence to allow for reports to be prepared, although he warned the defendants that life sentences were inevitable.
He will consider lifting reporting restrictions which prevent the media from identifying the two younger defendants when he passes sentence next month.
