Warwickshire Police detained a 44-year-old and 45-year-old in the Coventry area and a 52-year-old man was arrested in Milton Keynes early on Wednesday morning in connection with Gerry Tobin's death.
A police spokesman said they had been taken to a police station in Warwickshire where they would be questioned on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
Mr Tobin, 35, from Mottingham, south east London, was killed on August 12 as he returned from the Bulldog Bash bikers' festival at Long Marston, near Stratford-upon-Avon.
Four other men have already been charged in connection with his death.
Simon Turner, 40, Dane Garside, 41 and Sean Creighton, 43, have been charged with murder, and Dean Taylor, 45, of Warwick Street, Coventry, has been charged with a firearms offence in connection with his death.
Turner, of Vernons Lane, Stockingford, Nuneaton; Garside, of Silverdale Close, Alderman's Green, Coventry; and Creighton, of Doncaster Close, Coventry, are also charged jointly with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
They are due to enter pleas at Birmingham Crown Court on November 26.
Speaking of Wednesday's arrests, a Warwickshire Police spokesman said: "A 44-year-old man was arrested from his home address in Alderman's Green, Coventry; a 45-year-old man was arrested from his home on a narrow boat moored on the Coventry Canal near to Alderman's Green, Coventry; and a third male, aged 52, was arrested in Milton Keynes by officers from Thames Valley Police on behalf of Warwickshire Police.
"All three have been taken to a police station in Warwickshire where they will be questioned on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
