Three remanded over Freddy murder

Three people appeared before a court charged with the murder of a teenager who was stabbed by a gang outside his home.

Jeffrey Adu-Sarso, 18, of Charles Barry Close, Clapham, south London; Shane Isaacs, 21, of Shakespeare Road, Lambeth, south London; and a 17-year-old boy from south Lambeth, south London, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are accused of the murder of Freddy Moody.

They were remanded in custody at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court.

They will appear at the Central Criminal Court on October 31.

Mr Moody, 18, died on July 17 after being attacked by a gang yards from his home in Guildford Road, close to Stockwell tube station in south London. He was stabbed after spending the afternoon at a nearby funfair.

He was taken to hospital but died of a stab wound to the heart.

A 16-year-old boy was also arrested on July 18 and bailed to return to a south London police station in mid-August.
