Warning as more rain heads for UK

The Environment Agency had 23 flood warnings, mainly in Wales and the Midlands, on Sunday but had reduced that to 19 by Monday morning.
John Hutchinson, a forecaster with MeteoGroup, the weather division of the Press Association, said Monday morning's sunshine will have been replaced by heavy rain and strong winds by Tuesday morning.
But Wednesday is likely to be brighter, with only an outside chance of showers and the rest of the week should be fine, he added.
A spokeswoman for the Environment Agency said the UK had avoided any major incidents of flooding at the weekend, despite some parts seeing nearly two inches of rain between 7pm on Saturday and 7am on Sunday.
The spokeswoman added: "We are expecting the rain to recede but we are keeping a close eye on the Midlands and Wales."
On Monday there are up to 64 flood watches - the lowest category of warning - in place across the UK, a fall from 75 on Sunday.
Firefighters were called to Troedyrhiw, near Newtown, Powys, Mid Wales, to help a woman who had become trapped in her car by floodwater on Sunday.
Mid Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the Newtown area had been affected by flooding after heavy rain overnight, and that they had been called out to pump water from properties on Sunday morning.
