No Reservations competition - terms and conditions

* Open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only, excluding Canadian Affair, Travel Alberta, and the Canadian Tourism Commission's employees, their families and agents.
* No purchase necessary.
* Entrants must be 18 years or over.
* Winners will be notified in writing.
* One prize holiday is offered, valid only for 2 adults traveling together, and is valid until 30 May 2008, subject to availability and certain travel restrictions, which will be advised to the winner.
* Booking must be made before 30 November 2007
* Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries or for inability to contact winner. Judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
* In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter's discretion, no cash alternative will be offered in whole or part and the holiday prize cannot be refunded, upgraded, exchanged or transferred.
* The promoters are not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize or for any inability of the prizewinner or their guest to take up the prize.
* The prize includes return flights from the UK to Edmonton or Calgary in Economy class; car hire (driver must be minimum 21 years old); 6 nights total accommodation on a room-only basis, based on 2 adults sharing a room. All additional room costs, expenses, meals and incidentals to be settled by prizewinner.
* All bookings subject to availability. Prize EXCLUDES travel to departure airport in the UK, this is the responsibility of the prizewinner.
* Any income tax liability incurred in connection with the flight tickets is the prizewinner's responsibility.
* Any travel in addition to the prize itinerary will be at prizewinners cost.
* Travel insurance and any required Visas are NOT included in the prize but are a requirement of booking the holiday and must be obtained by the winner prior to travel.
* The partners in this promotion accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by, or to, the prizewinner or their guest, or their property whilst taking the prize.
* All prize holiday elements are subject to general terms and conditions of Contract relating to Canadian Affair.
