San Diego Holiday Competition Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase is necessary. Only 1 entry per person.

2. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 21 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its affiliated companies, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

3. Entries can be made by completing the Entry Form on this website

4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries

5. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 30th November 2008'

6. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.

7. At its absolute discretion, the promoter reserves the right to award a prize to an alternative person if a winner cannot be contacted after all reasonable attempts to do so.

8. There shall be one winner who will receive a prize of a holiday for two people to San Diego. The prize consists of economy return flights from London to San Diego, 7 nights accommodation in the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter, standard class car hire for 7 days, two tickets to Sea World San Diego, two passports to Balboa Park and a meal for two at Croces' Restaurant and Jazz Bar up to a value of $100.

9. Travellers should ensure that they obtain any required visas, vaccinations, travel -insurance, permissions and comply with conditions of travel. The prizes do not include any spending money so travellers will need to ensure that they take appropriate funds with them.

10. All prizes must be taken by 30th June 2009 and are subject to 'blackout dates' which will be notified to individual winners. All holidays are also subject to booking date availability.

11. No cash or other prize alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless agreed in writing by the promoter the prizes can only be awarded to the winners in person. Once booked by the winners all dates and names are final and cannot be changed

12. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid, reasonable publicity relating to or in connection with this prize draw.

13. The holiday prizes are provided by an independent third party and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions.

14. The winners' names and counties can be obtained by sending an SAE to Black Diamond, 15 Bedford St, Covent Garden London WC2E 9HE

15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize draw may appear in other promotional materials.
