Homesandproperty.co.uk relaunches on 24th May and is a sumptuous new way to delve into the London marketplace. Putting the London property market under the microscope with an inspired blend of practical advice, lifestyle features and designer news this useful site is packed with information to help you to make the most of your homes and gardens. From architecture to show homes, luxury and style to expert advice this is the perfect one stop shop for property obsessed Londoners. As well as the must-have decor, accessories and suppliers, this site is brimming with thousands of searchable properties in the UK to help you to find your perfect home. The website will also feature exclusive video content from our television programme alongside features, designer news and advice to help you make the most of your home.

Also launching on 24th May is the second series of our Homes & Property television show. This six part series will be broadcast on ITV1 on Thursdays at 7.30pm. The programme is produced by Talkback Thames who are responsible for both Grand Designs and Property Ladder and, in a first for terrestrial television; the show will have a mobile simulcast across UK networks enabling viewers to watch the programme on their mobile phones whilst it is being broadcast. This year we have three presenters, our very own Alison Cork and established property presenters Charlie Luxton and Sunita Shroff.
