An awesome and ridiculous film that leaves you thrilled beyond the point of your natural endurance
2012
Theatre
The show has suddenly become quite wonderful, and the galvanising factor is the terrific stage debut of Melanie C
Blood Brothers
Music
The British pop music industry may be eating itself but if Muse are the pick of what it can offer the world in 2010 then British music is in rude health indeed
Muse
I was smitten by both Gilberts enormous luxuriant moustache and the intelligence and nuance of this highly entertaining play
I totally recommend Babbo to anyone who is looking for really good and traditional Italian food
Always been a fan but never seen them live. I was ecstatic to be part of this epic event. WOW!
London,

Description: A classic MPW-French operation decorated in subdued nightclubby style, rather unpromisingly located by the entrance to Chelsea FC; the style of the operation is arguably a little passé, but the food is of high quality.

With the absence of Hell’s Kitchen our TV screens what better way to satisfy the Marco Pierre White craving than to visit one of his London restaurants?
At Stamford Bridge, MARCO is a collaborative effort between Mr Pierre White and Chelsea Football Club.
The stylish edge to the restaurant is reflected in its sleek décor. With a red carpet and glittering entrance this isn’t a subtle attempt at glamour. For an intimate occasion though it is worth booking a table in its own booth. Relaxing and comfortable, you can indulge in dinner in a more private setting.
As far as the cuisine is concerned, expect a French and British fusion with fish, meat and steaks being the main focus. For starters prawns in a sauce marie-rose are a delicious option (£12.50) or there is the Terrine of foie gras with green pepper corn, toasted brioche (£15.50).
If you’re in the mood for fish the Seabass with fennel, served with béarnaise mousseline (£19.50) is a popular choice. Or Rib eye of Aberdeen Angusà l’escargot with herbs and sauce béarnais (£19.95) is ideal for meat eaters.
And so for dessert. The Eton Mess is the perfect guilty treat and MARCO is all about indulgence. Or you could go for the caramelised apple pie with vanilla ice cream. All puddings will set you back £8.50.
What is most satisfying about MARCO is that you are in the hands of those that know what they are doing. The staff are passionate about food and will be happy to give you their recommendations. So even the most indecisive of diners will be led in the right direction.
Look out for special offers at the restaurant. This month there is a 30% discount deal. There is also free valet parking provided in the evenings. A lovely credit crunch treat.
