Amy's father Mitch fears Blake's influence will see Amy overdose or attempt suicide if he leaves or cheats on her
Music insiders put Amy's current worth at £5million, but she could earn as much as £10million in the next 18 months as she reaps the rewards of her second album hitting the Top 10 in the UK and America.
Amy writes all her own material and owns her home in Camden. She also failed to get Blake to sign a pre-nup when they married in Miami in May.
Mitch has told a friend he fears Blake's influence will see Amy overdosing or committing suicide if he leaves or cheats.
"It makes me sick, he's the reason she'll die. I'm not going to see him get everything that she worked so hard for," he told the friend.
After Amy and Blake were photographed covered in blood and scratches two weeks ago, they were spotted in a bank where she withdrew hundreds of pounds in cash, and then handed it over to her husband.
Mitch and Amy's manager, Ray, then sought legal advice.
