Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has denied the latest allegations of drug use following her arrest for driving under the influence for the second time in two months.
She reportedly responded to an email from Access Hollywood saying: "Yes. I am innocent did not do drugs they're not mine."
Lohan also commented reports she was chasing her assistant Tarin and her mother Dina Lohan in a SUV, saying: "I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom."

She concluded: "I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."
The 21-year-old was arrested early Tuesday after her white Denali four-wheel drive vehicle was allegedly involved in a dramatic chase through Santa Monica, California.
Police said they encountered the actress in a parking lot after the mother of Lohan's personal assistant called them on her cell phone to report she was being pursued by Lohan in an car.
Police Lt. Alex Padilla said at a news conference the assistant had just quit her job hours earlier.
"[Lohan] was trying to catch the mother of her personal assistant. Why she was trying to catch her, we don't know," Padilla said.
"The mother was afraid. ... She called the police because she wanted to make sure everything would be OK."
Officers found a substance believed to be cocaine in her trouser pocket. A police station breath test later showed Lohan to be nearly twice the legal alcohol limit.
She was held for more than four hours, fingerprinted and photographed, before being released on bail of more than £12,000.

Trouble: the day before her latest arrest, the star was spotted leaving a club looking worse for wear
Sources said she had been "very upset" but co-operative.
Her relapse comes just days after she emerged looking healthy and well from a 45-day rehab course.
It will leave her family and advisers in despair as Lohan appeared to be getting her life back on track after admitting a drink problem.
The actress, star of Mean Girls and The Parent Trap, had even made a show of her new abstinence by wearing a bulky grey device on her ankle to monitor her drinking.

The SCRAM (secure continuous remote alcohol monitoring device) checks the alcohol in sweat and relays readings to a testing company.
But Lohan's lawyer admitted she had had the monitor removed.
Police said the 2am drama happened after Lohan's personal assistant resigned and drove away with her mother.
Enraged, Lohan chased their Cadillac Escalade until the women called the police.
The episode mirrors the incident on May 26 when Lohan crashed her Mercedes sports car into a hedge, then fled the scene.

She was later arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and possession of cocaine. Lohan then checked herself into the Promises rehab centre in Malibu - where Britney Spears was once treated.
Her mother Dina Lohan told The Insider: "We are doing everything in our power in support of Lindsay and I won't give up – this is my daughter and we love her."
"I am sick over this," Dina says. "My children, my family, we are like prisoners in our own home because paparazzi are outside [our]home. Lindsay is in a safe place, and we are trying to strategically work out our next step."
Last week, looking revived, she reported to police to face charges over the May incident.
She is due in court next month and her latest arrest could mean a jail term like the one handed to Paris Hilton in May.
Tuesday night Lohan was back in rehab.
