Madonna could take legal action against a range of lingerie featuring nude images of her.
The skimpy designs are based on pictures taken by American photographer Martin Schreiber in 1979, when the Queen of Pop was an unknown dancer.
The Madonna Nude 1979 underwear will be launched in Britain in November by Internet lingerie retailer Figleaves.com.
Madonna's agent in New York said: 'Her attorneys are starting to gather information now because a line of lingerie is implying that Madonna is associated with it, and that could not be further from the truth.'
