Removal vans were spotted outside Kate Moss's home adding to speculation that the supermodel is seeking a quiet life in the countryside.

Moss, 31, checked out of an Arizona rehabilitation clinic two weeks ago following controversy over photographs of her allegedly taking cocaine.

According to reports, the Croydon-born model is set to move to her £2 million Cotswold hideaway with Lila Grace, her daughter by magazine publisher Jefferson Hack.

Today, furniture, as well as children's toys, a mattress and mirror were all loaded into the van outside her St John's Wood, north west London home.

Moss has spent most of the time in the US since leaving the Meadows Clinic, but recently took her three-year-old daughter with her on a working break to Ibiza.

Friends said she is unlikely to return to Britain before Christmas and has work lined up in Los Angeles, New York and Paris.

Moss, who has urged her on-off boyfriend Pete Doherty to follow in her footsteps and seek addiction treatment, saw her career fall apart after pictures of her allegedly snorting cocaine were published in a newspaper.

H&M and Burberry axed her and Chanel said it would not be extending her contract.

But cosmetics giant Rimmel and luxury fashion house Dior stuck by her after she released a statement pledging to sort out her problems.

Moss, who missed Lila's third birthday because she was in the clinic, said she had "various personal issues" that she needed to address.

She is expected to be interrogated by both police and social services when she returns to the UK in December.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair has ordered an investigation into claims the supermodel took cocaine.
