Model Caprice back in court
Evening Standard Last updated at 12:18pm on 22.08.06The model Caprice Bourret was due back in court today, continuing her battle to avoid a driving ban.
Ms Bourret last month admitted drink-driving in central London but blamed a prescription drug for affecting her ability to cope with alcohol.
The 34-year-old told Highbury Corner Magistrates Court that she had been taking the antibiotic Cipro. If it is proved that she was affected by the drug, she could escape a driving ban.
