The striking PVC frock showed just how much Miss Minogue has regained her confidence after a year-long battle with breast cancer.

Not convinced that the dress alone was enough of a fashion statement, she teamed it with a huge shaggy boa. A chunky gold necklace and three-inch open toed sandals completed the look.
Miss Minogue, 38, who had earlier attended the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk parade as part of Milan Fashion Week, was the guest of honour at the Italian fashion house's official party on Thursday night.
