Troubled Trinny in tears after Apprentice scuffle

Updated 12:52pm on 16 Mar 2007

It was supposed to be a fun task all in the name of charity. But last night Trinny Woodall ended up in tears after fighting with Piers Morgan and Alastair Campbell on The Apprentice does Comic Relief.

The saga began when Trinny booked a chef for the girl's team funfair event and invited him to the hotel to discuss the food. Chef Daniel duly arrived but was ushered up to the boy's room by mistake.

Did the boys do the gentlemanly thing and escort him to the correct room? No they locked him in their bathroom instead.

A furious Trinny stormed downstairs once she realised what had happened and attempted to pull the chef out of the room.

A good-humoured tussle with Piers Morgan and Alastair Campbell soon descended into an all out brawl, during which Piers received an ugly pen scar on his cheek.

Eventually an exhausted Trinny returned to the girl's room with their chef, promptly bursting into tears.

The troubled stylist has recently been pictured looking worryingly thin. Friends have revealed that Trinny's weight loss reflects her fears for the health of her husband Johnny Elichaoff.

The musician-turned company director, father of their four-year-old daughter Lyla - has spent recent months being treated at a Californian medical centre for an addiction to prescription painkillers.

If anyone needs any further evidence as to what a total pair of tossers Piers Morgan and Alastair Campbell are then this should dispel any doubts. A couple of little boys playing silly pranks. Grow up boys, you're anything but funny and come across as totally pathetic. Thank God Trinny has the balls to stand up to these 2 playground bullies.
