Troubled singer Britney Spears caused further worry to fans when she struggled through a raunchy pole dance routine looking dishevelled and disorientated.

Scantily-clad Britney wore revealing leather hot pants and torn fishnets as she tried to strut her stuff - but she moved ungraciously as she clung on to the pole.

The images fuel fears that the singer is spiralling out of control.
