After breaking his foot, Wayne Rooney was probably expecting a little TLC from his fiancee.

Instead, he will have to make do with a postcard.

Lounging on board a £15 million yacht, Coleen McLoughlin, 21, has been busy topping up her tan.

In an elegant black halterneck bikini, the girl who has built up her own fortune after five years as a footballer's girlfriend, looked happy and relaxed on the boat moored off Ibiza.

Living it up: While fiance Wayne Rooney nurses a broken foot, Coleen is living it up in the party island of Ibiza

In one hand she carried a glass of diet cola (although it could also have contained a splash of vodka, her favourite drink).

With her mobile in the other, at least she could remain in chatting contact with Rooney, who has been told he won't play for two months.

But Miss McLoughlin was far from lonely. She was accompanied by a bikini gang of girlfriends, who giggled and gossiped throughout the day. "Coleen and her chums seemed to be having a ball," said an onlooker.

"They really were intent on relaxing and getting away from it all, and with the full use of such a mightily impressive yacht, they were certainly travelling in style.

"Coleen looked in particularly fine fettle - very slim and toned, and unlike Wayne who seems to go rather pink in the sun, she boasted an all-over golden tan."

It is understood that Miss McLoughlin, who recently launched her own perfume, treated the group to the no-expense spared break.

Her 21-year-old fiance was having a decidedly less enjoyable time back in rainy England.

The Manchester United star is recovering after breaking a metatarsal during his side's 0-0 draw with Reading at the weekend.

So Coleen is having a break 'away from it all'? Away from what exactly? Away from having a job/bills/stress like the rest of us?

It's good to see that chavs still go to Ibiza, it keeps them away from the rest of us so we can enjoy our civilised holidays elsewhere.
