A holiday swim reveals Jennifer Love Hewitt has piled on the pounds
Updated 08:38am on 29 Nov 2007She was the inspiration behind former boyfriend John Mayer's hit 'Your Body Is A Wonderland,' but not even a famous muse like Jennifer Love Hewitt can escape a little weight gain.
A combination of harsh sunlight and a skimpy bikini left the newly buxom star with nowhere to hide as she hit the beach for a swim during a Hawaiian getaway.

"There's a lot of interesting things put together, and if you look closely you'd probably be excited, but at first glance, not so much."
The 28-year-old, who stars in the popular US show Ghost Whisperer, recently wrapped filming on Delgo, a big screen animation which also features Val Kilmer, Anne Bancroft and Freddie Prinze Jr.

Jennifer you look fab, and if your happy why worry. Put the shoe on the other foot and take photos of the over paid slimeballs that follow you around, put it in the papers and slag them off. I bet they wouldn't like it.

I think she looks great! All bodies are different. Not all are rail thin and don't need to be! She is definitely not fat. The world has become confused with what is thin and what is considered "fat".

I love it. I think she looks great and healthy. We were meant to have curves not bones. These ultra skinny models and celebs that are rediculously thin and can't keep a pair of pants hung on their hip bones. I hope more celebs put on a few pounds and reclaim their curves! Size 0 is not normal!
Also, if they had more fat on their bodies then they wouldn't need the breast implants... they would have their own!

Only the ignorant would call Jennifer fat. Surely nobody expects her to have the body she did on Party of Five, when she was eighteen? She's a woman now and most real women get fleshier as they age. She's happy and in love. Jennifer is guilty of nothing more than wearing an unflattering bathing suit.

She looks very happy and I am glad she fought back with the comments she did. Love-Hewitt has actually turned into a mature, good actress, with a hit show and she deserves to look anyway she wants. For once, somebody looks normal in a bikini and is proud of it.

I don't see any fat on this woman. I'm a massage therapist and I've worked on a few famous female celebrities. It's been very validating for me over the years to see a little blubber on all of them. That's what a healthy woman's body is supposed to look like. If print media voluntarily banned digital photo editing on celebrity photos for a few months, the truth would shock everybody! And, by the way ladies, our bellies are supposed to be a little round--the belly contains some rather vital organs and they aren't flat.

People need to find different things to talk about. She is a beautiful woman now and 10 years ago. Weight is a man made issue just because woman can't slap on a belt and let our bellies ride over the belt and our bottoms sag below it and society finds that socially exceptable. Woman are subject to public criticism with everthing we wear and in every environment even when trying to enjoy a beautiful moment with the man you have decided to spend the rest of your life with.

Jennfier Love Hewitt's comment on not caring about what people think about her body but then pointing out that she's a size two is a walking juxtapose. She obviously wants people to think that she's not fat by publicising to the world that she's only a size two but in the same breath, she's saying that size doesn't matter. Jennifer - don't tell real women not to care when obviously you do!

Doesn't she look like an average young lady and she is probably still only a size 10.
Nobody is perfect and this is the reason women are paranoid - a couple of inches here and there and they are classified as letting themselves go. It's appalling!

I think she probably looks like many young girls walking down the street and these photos aren't doing her justice. She is probably quite slim, just not stick thin. In contrast to most Hollywood actresses and due to the thin propaganda fed to us by women's magazines, this is now interpreted as fat.

I saw Jennifer Love Hewitt in a store in Kensington a couple of years ago and, in my opinion, she looked too thin. Knowing how photographs can be deceptive, I would suggest she's simply healthy and slim now.
