The distressed star was discovered wandering around a Beverly Hills car park in the barely-there outfit.
Troubled Britney drove her sports car to the Hustler erotica store on Sunset Boulevard and told paparazzi: “I'm scared”.

To make matters worse the singer appeared to be lost.
She didn't go into the store, but instead walked aimlessly around the car park, stopping to pose for pictures.
A day earlier, Britney was accused of stealing a lighter from a petrol station worth 68pence.
The troubled singer, whose behaviour has become increasingly erractic, allegedly stole a Bic lighter during an outing in Hollywood.

Oops: Britney smiles after her dress mishap
The owner of the store told People magazine: "Yes, Britney stole a blue lighter here. The lighter is $1.39. I'm hoping maybe the next time she comes back she will pay for it. I know she can afford to pay for it."
The 26-year-old has recently been busy searching for a new home in LA.
Last week, she donned the same pink wig to look at a number of luxurious properties in the Brentwood area.
She has been staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where she had an afternoon visitation with sons Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, on Thursday.
