Kate Moss has certainly been embracing the party season – last night she party hopped across town until 5am – but it appears her hard living has taken its toll on her skin.

The supermodel was certainly not ready for her close up last night as she emerged from her Davina Taylor's home looking spotty and worn.

Accompanied by her boyfriend Jamie Hince, the dishevelled star tried to hide behind her layered hair as she headed to Sienna Miller's home.

Kate stayed on until the early hours of this morning at the actress' Christmas bash, hinting she has called a truce with her nemesis - tis the season of goodwill after all.

However some much needed rest and relaxation is in store for Kate – she is said to be taking her rocker beau on a special £30,000 getaway for the festive period in a bid to patch up their faltering relationship.

The model plans to take Jamie, her daughter Lila Grace, her mother and her stepfather for some sun in a bid to spend some quality time as a family together.

Kate and Jamie have had a rather tempestuous relationship since they got together in August.

They have been dogged by reports she's been texting and pining after her ex Pete Doherty. But Kate, 33, hopes this romantic trip away - to a location she's keeping secret until they reach the airport - will allow them to patch things up.

A source said: "Kate and Jamie have had their ups and downs, they are constantly pushing each other's buttons but Kate wants that all to end now.

"She's had enough of the games and is finally ready to make the relationship work. This Christmas holiday is a final goodbye to Pete - the statement to him that it's definitely over and her new family are Jamie and Lila Grace.

"Kate wants to keep the location top secret so it's a big surprise for Jamie but pals believe she may be planning to take him to St Barts."

Lila Grace's father Jefferson Hack wasn't too pleased about the five-year-old spending Christmas with another man, but Kate has convinced him that it's OK as she is serious about Jamie.

Last year Kate spent Christmas with Doherty in her Cotswolds home and she jetted to Thailand with her daughter where she attended a New Year's Eve party hosted by multi-millionaire David Tang on Phuket.
