Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's 31-year-old redhead fiancée was spotted with their two-month-old baby at a Hollywood market yesterday.
The couple have had a low-key Christmas and New Year with their new addition ahead of their busy 2008.
Australian Fisher and baby Olive will temporarily relocate to New York later this month to start filming the big screen adaptation of Sophie Kinsella's best-selling novel Confessions of a Shopaholic.
Next month, she also has promotional duties for romantic comedy Definitely, Maybe, alongside Rachel Weisz, Ryan Reynolds and Kevin Kline.
After filming in completed, Fisher is teaming up with Saturday Night Live funnywoman Amy Poehler to co-produce and star in movie comedy Groupies.
Meanwhile, her funnyman fiancé Cohen has lined up a string of projects, including a movie featuring his gay Austrian fashion show presenter character Bruno.
With all their movie and parenting duties, the couple look further away than ever from setting a wedding date.
The couple announced their engagement in 2004, but are yet to find the time to walk down the aisle.
