Katie Holmes pays tribute to Jackie Kennedy as she continues to take style tips from Posh
Last updated at 23:28pm on 14.01.08Since becoming pals with Victoria Beckham, actress Katie Holmes has been taking style tips from the former Spice Girl in a bid to transform herself from fresh-faced youngster into sophisticated yummy-mummy.
Her latest look however pays homage to 50's style icon Jackie Kennedy as she was seen leaving ABC studios in New York for an appearance on "Good Morning America" wearing oversized sunglasses and Jackie's signature handbag, the Hermes Birkin.
But 29-year-old Holmes hasn't strayed too far from Posh's wardrobe as Victoria is also known to sport similar accessories.

Beckham is reported to own a Birkin in every colour and it looks as if Katie is on track to follow as she sports a red version of the £3,000 bag.
Meanwhile husband Tom Cruise was seen out and about in the city adopting his own pair of oversized shades.
The actor and his wife turned heads recently with baby Suri as they stepped out sporting copycat cuts.
All showed off their matching thick fringes and glossy brown locks - with Tom's tresses just mere inches away from mirroring his wife and daughter's bob.

Tribute: Katie looks to old and new as she steals Posh (right) and Jackie's style
Katie, who has been busy promoting her new film Mad Money, recently gushed about the youngest Cruise, who is almost two, telling People magazine: "She's a very strong woman."
"I'm very proud of her. She's actually teaching me a lot – probably more than I'm teaching her."
Katie continued: "She's very smart and strong and really magical."

Perhaps the comments will ease tensions between the pair following Katie's recent revelation that Nicole's adopted children with Tom now call her "mom".
The news was thought to be blow to the Oscar winning actress, who has moaned in recent times that 14-year-old Isabella and 12-year-old Connor only call her Nicole.
