Holding out for a hero: Chelsy Davy sports a multi-coloured wristband in support of those hurt in conflicts

No sign of Harry but romance is in the air for Chelsy

Chelsy Davy flew into Heathrow today - immediately prompting speculation that she and Prince Harry may be about to reconcile.

The Zimbabwean heiress looked relaxed, tanned and in good spirits as she arrived from Cape Town, despite the young royal not being there to greet her.

They were certainly different scenes from the ones last year when Chelsy was pictured at the same airport giving Harry, 23, a massive ticking-off for being late to meet her at arrivals. But this morning she smiled for the waiting paparazzi and climbed into a car which was ready to take her to an unknown destination.

Despite not having her Second Lieutenant any more, she was snapped wearing a tri-coloured wristband for the Help for Heroes charity, which raises money for those wounded in current conflicts.

Chelsy, 22, left the UK in November, just days after she and Harry ended their three-year relationship, reportedly because she was fed up with his party-hard lifestyle and lack of commitment to her.

But it is understood they were together shortly before she left for South Africa. She started a law degree at Leeds University in September but threatened to quit, citing the bad weather and constant unwanted attention as the reasons for wanting to leave. But she decided to continue with her degree, prompting rumours she could be headed to Leeds this weekend to resume her studies.

Prince Harry, meanwhile, is in the UK continuing with his Army career.
