Supermodel Kate Moss has single-handedly revived the long fringe, and now not even her 58-year-old mother Linda can resist emulating her look.

They had just wrapped up a night out with Little Britain star David Walliams, Elton John's husband David Furnish and journalist Janet Street Porter.

Kate has kept close company with her mother in recent times, with Linda joining in on the star's raucous 34th birthday celebrations earlier this month.

Meanwhile, her modelling career shows no sign of slowing down, with Kate shooting an ad campaign for Longchamp in New York.

Retail billionaire Sir Philip Green is lining up Kate to launch Topshop in the Big Apple.

According to sources, Kate is now such an integral part of the brand that she has her own office at Topshop's London headquarters - and Green believes her presence in Manhattan will boost the profile of the opening event.
