Updated 15:45pm on 26 Feb 2008For years he enjoyed life as one of the world's most lusted after singers, but Ricky Martin's polished pop star looks appear to be slipping away.

The 37-year-old, who won best pop album of the year for Ricky Martin: MTV Unplugged at the ceremony, attended the event alone amid ongoing speculation about his sexuality. While he has long remained quiet on the subject, his friend Ole Henriksen, a Hollywood skincare guru recently gave an interview to Swedish magazine Salonk in which he appeared to out the star.
Henriksen said in December: "He is a bit more open about it these days than he used to be. It's difficult for artists – women as well as men – who need to sell lots of records to be open about their sexuality."
