With her Dirrty image behind, Christina Aguelera has again turned to Old Hollywood for inspiration.

The singer has channelled "Hitchcock Heroines", including the likes of The Birds leading lady Tippi Hedren, Rear Window star Grace Kelly and North by Northwest's Eva Marie Saint, in a new campaign for Stephen Webster jewellery line.

With her peroxide-blonde coiffed hair, lashings of lipstick and doe-eyes, the star, who gave birth to her first child Max in January, is at her glamorous best in the new advertisements.

Blonde ambition: The star, who was fourth months pregnant at the time, channelled Old Hollywood glamour in the shoot

"We'd originally planned to shoot the campaign in October or November but we decided that the minute she got back from touring would be the best window of opportunity."

"It was okay. The way we shot it, you wouldn't know. We weren't going for full-body shots."

For her part, Christina said: "Working together on this campaign and collection has been an incredible experience. I am honoured to be a part of it all."
