Roxanne's budding romance is the first since her high-profile split from former Coronation Street star Richard Fleeshman last year.
Roxanne and Richard, 18, who left his soap role to pursue a pop career after winning Soapstar Superstar, blamed their "manic work schedules" and "long distances" for the breakdown of their relationship.

Soap star: Roxanne plays Jo Stiles in ITV1's Emmerdale.
She revealed: "The past few months have been hard but I feel better. I've got enough love in my life that I don't feel I'm missing anything.
"I'd rather be single and have work and family than be in a relationship where I'm unhappy.
"And if Mr. Right comes along, he'll have to fit in."
