Kelly Osbourne is famous for her quirky fashion - and her latest outfit is no exception.

The 23-year-old stepped out in LA in black bowler hat seemingly inspired by A Clockwork Orange's anti-hero Alex DeLarge, a bright aqua shirt and matching 80s shades.

Kelly was on a break from her busy schedule in Los Angeles were she no doubt spent time catching up with her US based parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.

While the star's career continues to do well - she currently has her own show The Surgery on Radio 1 among other projects - it is play she is most interested in.

Kelly, who lives Maida Vale with a friend, said in a new interview: "If people can't have fun, then it's not worth it. My flatmate and I say to each other, we're the funest people we know. When we're bored, we do silly stuff, like going over to Kate's [Moss] house to play X Factor or charades."

She clearly isn't short on A-list pals - she also counts Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen as friends - but she is on the hunt for a new boyfriend.

She told The Sunday Times: “Lily Allen said something that was so right. She said, 'Kelly, I don't know why you consistently go out with young boys. You won't find what you're looking for. Mentally, physically, they don't understand our lifestyle, they just read about it in magazines.'

"I was like, yes! Recently, I've started to find older men attractive. But it's hard for me. When I meet someone I genuinely like, they're usually either gay or they have a wife or girlfriend. And I'm not going to go there."
