I just want to put out there that Simon didnt start out as a millionaire. He worked his @!! off to get to where he is now! His hard work paid off !!! Good for you simon!!!

I would also like to advise that my sister who is only 13 is crazy about 'X Factor'. She love's singing and we all think she has a fabulous voice, but you may think differently. My sister is so scared that she may never get the opportunity to perform in front of you and your team, as in the first instance she would have to get past the producers. With this in mind, I would like to send you a demo tape but not really sure how to do this, therefore I would be most grateful if you could kindly advise me on this.

This is all wonderful, but I doubt that it will make him happy.

I realized this year that this man actually has a personality disorder. During auditions for Idol this year, when one of the contestants received the coveted golden sheet of paper and moved on to the next round, Simon heard family and friends whooping it up out in the hallway.

To that he said (and I'm paraphrasing), "In America, you really are happy when something good happens to someone you know. I don't understand that. I've never felt like that."

That, my friends, is not the sign of a healthy personality. He may be rich, but he'll never be happy.

The man has great business sense and has made some fantastic decisions in his career.

I met him a few years ago in L.A. and he is really a pretty nice guy, I appreciate that he does not suffer from "affluenza"... he has money, isn't ashamed of spending it plus he just wouldn't look right in a freaking Prius leave that for the other celebs that are still trying to find themselves.

I live 3 minutes from the Google, yahoo headquarters and 8 million dollar houses are really not to crazy here or there, especially for Beverly Hills.

I hated it! No! I really hated it. I didn't think the whole thing was very well thought out. Look, The car is all wrong and just over the top. The mansion, quite frankly, is not as good as you think it is. The architecture is all over the place and it was just the wrong choice for Simon. The casual look in clothes and the expensive watch just cancel each other out and scream chaos. The girlfriend is the only thing that actually works in this picture. I didn't like it and if you are going to make it in this neighbourhood you are going to have to do a lot better than that. Actually I'm a huge fan.

I thought that the economy was doing so poorly that the Hollywood elite were cutting-back. I guess Simon has learned the fine art of "conspicuous consumption." A $1 million car?
