Kate Moss famously based her collection for Topshop on her own wardrobe of vintage and designer classics.

But last night she appears to have taken inspiration for her latest look from Britney Spears.

The model left home for an evening out looking stylish dressed in a fashionable striped tunic dress, black tuxedo jacket and vintage boots.

Peek a bum: Kate Moss had an uncharacteristic slip-up in the wardrobe department, as she exposed her bottom in her stripey tunic mini-dress as she left her north London home last night

But unfortunately upon turning round, the model's bottom was almost completely on show.

Kate demonstrated why this is one fashion trend that requires a through examination in the mirror before leaving home, as her hitched up mini-dress exposed her tiny derrière, to waiting photographers, as she locked up her north London home.

Thankfully, the model was wearing opaque tights which just about spared her blushes as she left home for another evening out at friend Davinia Taylor's home with Hince, who she is rumoured to have got engaged to.

Yesterday it was reported the model had told fans in Amsterdam the pair were going to 'get married'.

Moss, 34, blurted out the news as she and 39-year-old Kills guitarist Hince emerged "grinning" from a bar in the city.

A source told The Sun: "They were looking very loved-up. Kate was so excited it looked like she had just accepted his proposal there and then. She was very happy."

Closer than close: Kate and Jamie are rumoured to be engaged. And they are certainly acting the part of the loved-up couple

But it seems that life with Kate has taken some getting used to for the indie musician, who is a guitarist with band The Kills.

He moaned recently: "It's pretty insane the way gossip is such an incredible thing now.

"The way there used to be secrets, and people used to be able to build myths and have a private life. It's not the case any more."

The couple have been dating since last summer, just a few months after Kate finally split from 29-year-old Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty.

A friend said: "We're all so happy for Kate. Everyone was worried she would end up with Pete, who we thought was no good for her.

"Jamie looked like it could have been a bit of a rebound thing at first, but now it seems like it's the real deal."
