Emma Bunton must be taking tips on life in the US from Victoria Beckham as she pitched up with baby in tow at budget supermarket Target for some cut-price shopping.

In an almost identical scene to Victoria's supermarket sweep of the popular US store, Emma arrived with partner Jade, baby Beau, and armed with a trolley to browse the store famed for its low prices.

Bargain hunter: Emma Bunton has followed pal Posh down the aisles of bargain supermarket Target to pick up some cut-price items in the Los Angeles branch of the US store

New mother Emma, seen here pushing seven-month-old son Beau, appeared to be particularly interested in the children's clothing section

The mother of seven-month-old Beau seemed particularly interested in the baby clothes section.

Dressed in an eye-catching yellow coat, and jeans, Emma attracted little attention as she trawled the aisles in search of bargains.

Earlier this month Victoria was seen in an uncharacteristically dressed down state toting the stores trademark red plastic basket as she made her way through the aisles days after the end of the much-hyped Spice Girls reunion tour.

The tour ground to a premature halt in the Canadian city, following reports the five some locked in a bitter feud and had suffered flagging ticket sales.

Meanwhile, Emma recently revealed that she is hoping to land a TV job in the US.

The singer said she would love to follow the success of fellow Spice Girl Mel B, who has been a well-known face across the pond since appearing on the last season of reality show Dancing With The Stars.

Talking about her plans following the end of the band's reunion tour last month, she said: "I'm probably going to go back to America for a little while and spend some time there. I would love to do some TV."
