Kate leads the way in white sunglasses that put black frames in the shade
Updated 17:44pm on 7 Apr 2008The celebrities are trying on a whiter shade of shades this year - as our pictures of Kate Moss and others show.
The supermodel was photographed stepping out in Hollywood in a pair of Ray-Bans - but instead of the once-obligatory black frames, her sunglasses were white as, erm, the driven snow.

A shade brighter: Heroes star Hayden Panettiere, top left, and, clockwise, Peaches Geldof, Drew Barrymore and Debbie Harry
Where Kate leads, others are usually bound to follow, and it's clearly no different with her taste in eyewear.
Other celebrities snapped in exactly the same frames include Kelly Osbourne, Hollywood star Drew Barrymore, singer Lily Allen, pop legend Debbie Harry, Peaches Geldof and Hayden Panettiere, the American actress who plays superpowered cheerleader Claire Bennet in TV's Heroes.

This made me laugh out loud - how utterly ridiculous does these people look all wearing the same glasses! Are they not embarrassed to have no style and just following the crowd! Please its just stupid.
And I thought it was Pete Doherty!!

Funnily enough, my daughter had a similar pair of white plastic sunglasses when she was about three. Thankfully she has more style now. Not every fashion fad is worth following! And yes, Kelly Osbourne looks exactly like Pete Doherty. I don't know who should be more insulted by that, Pete or Kelly?

Is it me or does Kelly Osborne look like Pete Doherty in this pic? Not a good look.

This has got to be the most vacuous nonsense. Is this all women are supposed to want out of life? Wearing Barbie tacky looking white shades. Stop this please!
