While England braves an unusually snowy April, the Heart FM DJ has fled the plummeting temperatures to enjoy the sunnier climes of the Arabian Gulf.
Living up to her Channel 4 show Adrenalin Rush, the fit brunette shuns lazing by the pool for water-skiing, swimming and sailing.

Yoga at sea: Natalie limbers up while her friends are content to laze in the Dubai sunshine
Despite being voted off Dancing On Ice in the second week, it's clear Natalie has kept her trim figure after three months training on the ice.

Natalie teamed up with Russian ice-skater Andrei Lipanov for the ITV show, but lost out in a skate-off with TV personality Tim Vincent.

Beach babe: Natalie Pinkham shows off the toned body she has gained from working out - and ice-skating on Dancing On Ice
The 29-year-old is holidaying with Caroline Greenwood, wife of rugby legend Will Greenwood, who famously played alongside Natalie's ex Matt Dawson in England's 2003 World Cup rugby win.
The women are spending the week at the £250-a-night, five-star Grosvenor House hotel, which boasts a health spa and private beach.
As well as water-skiing, Natalie and Caroline took to the seas by renting a catamaran for a cruise on the Arabian Gulf.
However, sport-loving Natalie isn't one to sit still for long and is soon wowing the paparazzi with her limber figure in a series of stretches and dance poses - no doubt a reminder of her Dancing On Ice moves.
After a brief spot of relaxing on the boat, active Natalie plunges into the sea for a swim to cool off from the 35 degree heat.
