Jackson, who famously suffered a wardrobe malfunction at the 2004 Superbowl, was attending the the 19th Annual Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Awards when she almost fell out of her top, exposing her breasts - and lack of bra.
The singer was attending the Hollywood awards ceremony to accept the Vanguard Award, but it was her wardrobe, or perhaps lack thereof, that attracted most of the evening's attention.

Wearing a white suit and tailored pin-striped shirt, Jackson smiled as she accepted the award, revealing more than just a winning smile.
If that wasn't bad enough, the star continued to humiliate herself as she was leaving the ceremony by nearly falling down the stairs, and out of her top, after her foot got caught in her wide-leg trousers.
Fortunately for Jackson, she had a minder at hand to break her fall and save her the embarrassment of falling out of her shirt completely.

It isn't the first time the public have copped a little too much Janet, who made headlines with the now notorious "nipplegate" wardrobe malfunction.
Fellow pop star Justin Timberlake tore off half of her black leather bustier while the pair were singing a duet, exposing her right breast at the conclusion of the 2004 Super Bowl half-time show.
