They may be dating again but TV actress Patsy Kensit and her fiance Jeremy Healy need to learn some decorum.

After calling off their wedding and then getting back together again last week, the pair clearly felt the need to let everyone at Cecconi's restaurant in London's West End know that they are very much in love again.

The 40-year-old Holby City actress and DJ Jeremy, 46 lunched at the fashionable eaterie on Wednesday and left diners blushing at their overly amorous behaviour.

Jeremy Healy was back in Patsy Kensit's arms earlier this week after attending a charity event at London's Claridges

"Patsy and Jeremy were enjoying a long lunch, but they barely ate a thing they were so engrossed with each other," reports a fellow guest. "It's a shame they weren't at a hotel, because that way they could have booked a room.

"Their canoodling was putting other people off their lunch. Most embarrassingly, it was all in front of Patsy's little boy Lennon who sat next to them eating spaghetti.

"Fortunately, a nanny came and collected him halfway through, leaving Patsy and her chap to themselves."

Patsy, who has been married three times before, was dumped by Jeremy last month. According to friends, he got cold feet and called off the wedding.
