George Clooney's girlfriend hits the gym to keep her man

The 28-year-old cocktail waitress has revealed she is always dieting and has taken up Pilates to compete with the female attention he receives.
"Sarah is dropping some pounds and getting fit out of fear more than anything," says a friend. "Girls hit on George right in front of her all the time.

"They pass him their phone numbers and make dirty suggestions about what they'd like to do with him."
George, 46, has been dating the Las Vegas gal since early last year and made their relationship official when the couple stepped out at the Venice Film Festival.
"Sarah is in love with George and doesn't want to lose him. So if that means eating less and going to the gym to keep her body nice, she'll do it," adds the source.
