TV presenter Louise Redknapp showed off her burgeoning baby bump at the world première of Sex And The City movie last night.

Just days after announcing she was expecting her second child, the former Eternal singer stepped out on the red carpet in London's Leicester Square last night.

Wearing a black silk bandeau dress and black patent peep-toe heels, the Clothes Show host's tiny bump was clear to see.

Glowing: Louise Redknapp debuts her baby bump on the red carpet of the Sex And The City world premiere in London last night

Determined to not let her pregnancy affect her ability to party, Louise joined the SATC stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon at the after party at the Old Billingsgate market.

Confirming her baby news last week, Louise revealed she was stunned she and husband Jamie Redknapp conceived their second child so quickly because it took her four years to fall pregnant with her three-year-old son Charley.

Louise is expecting their new arrival in November.

Surprise: Louise admitted she was stunned at how quickly she conceived after trying for four years with her first baby

Before falling pregnant with Charley, Louise suffered from the womb condition endometriosis and underwent two laser surgery operations to correct it.

She said: "It was just absolute shock when I found out.

"It took me four years to have Charley and so this time, after just a month, it was very unexpected. We had talked about having another baby and we kind of expected the same problems as last time."

"When I did the pregnancy test, I nearly fell off the chair. My friend popped in and I dragged her upstairs and said, 'You've got to look at this. Am I reading it wrong?'

"It was such a relief to think I wouldn't have to go through all that treatment to get pregnant again. The doctors don't know why it has been so much easier this time - it's just the luck of the draw I guess."
