They were spotted sharing an intimate lunch date in West London today after the Titanic star flew to London in a desperate bid to win back his former fiancee.
The pair were first seen together last night having dinner at Thai restaurant before spending the night at an exclusive hotel.

Kelly ended their tumultuous four-year relationship last month after deciding she was too young to marry.
A friend said: "After much soul-searching, Kelly decided that Billy is not the man she wants to marry and has called off the engagement."
Her marriage rethink is said to come after the death of her father, Kenneth Parsons, last November. Mr Parsons, 57, died following a battle with cancer.
However, it appears she's now had a change of heart, with a source telling the Sun she has again branded Billy "the one".
