It has taken its time to show up, but now Nicole Kidman's baby bump is in evidence she is making the most of it.

The slender actress, who is seven months pregnant, chose a flowing strapless Grecian-style gown to accentuate the evidence at a ceremony in Las Vegas.

And just in case anyone was missing the point, she posed tucking her hands beneath the bulge. The Australian star was attending the Country Music Awards in Las Vegas with her husband, the singer Keith Urban.

The couple, both 40, have revealed that they know the baby's gender but do not want to reveal it to the public. Last week, Miss Kidman was spotted shopping for baby books near the couple's home in Nashville, Tennessee.

She could be seen reading the "week 30" chapter in the book Your Pregnancy Week By Week.

The actress has spoken of her joy at being pregnant despite suffering severe morning sickness, and has described former drug addict Urban as the love of her life.

Miss Kidman, who suffered two miscarriages during her ten-year marriage to Tom Cruise, recently said of her impending arrival: "I'm so happy. I can't ask for anything more...except big boobs."
