With her youthful, fun wardrobe and sky-high stilettos, you could be forgiven for not realising Natasha Kaplinsky was pregnant.

Since confirming she was expecting her first child in early April, the Five News presenter's budding baby bump is slowly making its appearance known.

The news anchor, 35, is approaching the five month stage of her pregnancy, but when spotted out today, she looks like a regular woman.

Following in the footsteps of fellow footwear lover Gwyneth Paltrow, Natasha was wearing a pair of mega-high Satin heels - which will no doubt be impossible to wear in the later stages of her pregnancy.

Natasha became Britain's highest-paid newsreader when Five lured her from the BBC in a £1million-a-year deal.

Shortly after she announced she was expecting a baby with banker husband Justin Bower.

Natasha is expected to take maternity leave from September, but will not receive a penny in maternity pay because she was hired as a freelance.
