The slicked back blonde hair, silver jewellery and huge shades were eerily similar to the American heiress's trademark look.

The glamorous 25-year-old wife of footballer Stephen Gerrard has enjoyed a hit and miss career in the fashion stakes - she wowed the crowds at Aintree in a flamenco-style red-frilled off-the-shoulder blouse and black pencil skirt, which ensured her recovery from an embarrassing tummy-baring incident.

Meanwhile, her husband recently revealed he is hoping to persuade his young wife to have another child.

The football star said: "It would be nice if we could make it one more in the future."
