Heavyweight romance: Mike Tyson falls hard for Big Brother's Aisleyne

Updated 17:31pm on 2 Jun 2008

When it comes to romance, it appears Mike Tyson is out for the count after falling for former Big Brother contestant Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace.

The former boxing champion, who famous bit a chunk off Evander Holyfield's ear in 1997, was spotted nibbling at the blonde D-lister's lobe during a night out at London club Chinawhite.

The two sat at a table tucked away out of sight of most party goers, but their canoodling didn't go unnoticed.

An onlooker told The Sun: 'Mike had two enormous bouncers flanking the table and proceeded to snog Aisleyne's ear, neck and mouth.

'They stayed until after 3am, working their way through a bottle of Cristal.'

Iron Mike later showed his softer side, picking up a red rose for his date as they headed off in a car together.

The pair also spent Friday night in each other's company, visited an Essex club together.

Despite Mike's notorious reputation - he was convicted of rape in 1992 - Aisleyne has been won over by his apparent charm but has stopped short of admitting to the romance.

She has said: 'Mike's really not like people think. He's made out to be this scary, fearsome person but he's nothing like that.

'He's a great guy and a perfect gentleman - and one of my good friends.'
