Is romance on the menu? Another lunch date for Lily Allen and ex Ed Simons

Updated 15:55pm on 8 Jun 2008

Lily Allen and her former boyfriend, Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons, were spotted enjoying yet another lunch date yesterday.

The pair arrived separately at celebrity haunt Nobu, meeting inside for an intimate catch up before eventually leaving via a side exit to avoid being photographed together.

Date: Lily and Ed met up inside London's Nobu yesterday

Their latest outing comes just three weeks after the pair were spotted together at Notting Hill restaurant E&O.

But the singer was quick to shoot down rumours of a reconciliation with the 37-year-old at the time.

In a blog post dated May 23, Lily wrote: 'I went for lunch with my ex boyfriend yesterday, lunch.

'I am not some failed baby making machine desperately to trying to win my man back. '

'No one knows anything about my relationships. Ed and I are friends, who went for lunch yesterday, that's it.'

It appears Lily, 23, also remains on friendly terms with her other ex boyfriend, Seb Chew.

Ex factor: Lily was seen with her other former boyfriend Seb Chew at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition on Wednesday night

She was seen flirting with the record label executive at the The Royal Academy of Arts 24th Summer Exhibition Preview Party in Piccadilly on Tuesday night, and had both her arms around him at one point.

They sneaked out separately but he jumped into her car and they drove off.

Lily and Seb parted ways in August and she announced just weeks later she was already on the hunt to 'find a new boyfriend.'

By September, she was dating Ed, but the pair split in January after she suffered a miscarriage.
