Updated 19:12pm on 10 Jun 2008

The latest Big Brother task is about endurance - and metallic cat suits.

This afternoon Stephanie and her gold one-piece lead the housemates as Big Brother set a two-part shopping task.

The group were warned not to give up easily, because they will 'suffer drastic consequences' if they fail.

Midas touch: Big Brother housemate Stephanie slipped into a catsuit for the latest task

This year's new 'evil' Big Brother format is proving quite stressful for housemates already - and after failing the 'fake' wedding task on Sunday the housemates desperately need to be triumphant at this one.

Firstly, bosses are making housemates each stand with a light switch and light above their heads.

Challenge: The latest Big Brother task is a test of endurance

The aim of the task is to keep the house lights off - and Big Brother is making all of them stand with their arms outstretched above their heads to keep it off.

But if a housemate gives up and lets go the main light in the house  will flick on - then they will be out.

The last two housemates standing left with their lights on will compete in tomorrow's task to try win their housemates a luxury-shopping budget.
