Cameron Diaz is well-known for her quirky looks.

But it appears the actress is unique in another area, as she revealed her very bumpy elbow.

The sporty Californian girl  broke the mould of cookie cutter Hollywood blondes with her overly broad smile and crooked nose.

But a closer look at her elbow revealed some rather unsightly bumps which looked slightly out of place on the usually healthy-living actress.

Dressed casually in t-shirt and leggings, Cameron appeared to be afflicted with a nasty case of insect bites, or a mystery rash.

Thankfully the unsightly condition was nowhere to be seen when Cameron attended the Women in Film's 2008 Crystal Lucy Awards in Los Angeles earlier this week.

Cameron who split frrom singer Justin Timberlake last year was recently seen having dinner with British model Paul Sculfor who briefly dated actress Jennifer Aniston last year. 

A source said: 'They looked really flirty' as they dined at restaurant  Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

'She was laughing really loud at all of his jokes. It looked like a date', the source added.

In a recent interview with the June issue of InStyle, she said: 'People think if you're single, you are incomplete.

'No. The thing is, I don't want to be in a relationship that makes me incomplete.'

Meanwhile the talented actress has learned she is to receive her very own Star on the World-Famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, along with Shakira, Robert Downey Jr., and Hugh Jackman among others.
