EastEnders' Charlie Brooks looked relaxed and happy in her bikini as she chilled out on the beach with friends in Ibiza.

The actress, who plays villain Janine Evans, looked in good shape wearing a black halter-neck bikini which showed off a cheeky strawberry tattoo on her derrière.

She accessorised with fashionable red glasses, matching red nails and a purple vest top.

In 2005 the actress released a workout video called Charlie Brooks Before and After, showing her dramatic weight-loss following the birth of her daughter Kiki the previous year.

Judging by her slimline appearance on the beach it looks like she has managed to keep in shape since then.

The 26-year-old recently returned to Albert Square to film a special special series of episodes surrounding the death of her on-screen father Frank Butcher.

She told Digital Spy: "I'm thrilled to be returning to EastEnders. I loved coming back earlier on this year for Frank's funeral.

'It gave me a taste for playing Janine again. And I'm excited to see what Janine will be getting up to now she is returning to Albert Square.'

Following the reintroduction of Butcher sibling Ricky (Sid Owen) Miss Brooks is set to  film scenes this summer which will be broadcast on TV in the Autumn.

Miss Brooks is the latest in a string of former residents who have made their way back to Albert Square in recent months, following the likes of Bianca (Patsy Palmer) and Clare (Gemma Bissix).

She has also appeared in Bleak House, The Bill and London's Burning.
